Pirates in Tampa
Every year, thousands of people gather in Tampa Bay, Florida to celebrate the life of Jose Gaspar, one of the last, great pirates of the gulf. The streets fill with participants in full pirate regalia and the day and night are thoroughly doused in drugs and alcohol.
I think Jose would be proud.
